Rekabet Olgusuna Tarihsel Düzlemde Bakış: 1980 Öncesi Türkiye Ekonomisi

Bu çalışmada global iktisadi politikaların şekil değiştirdiği 1980 öncesi dönemde, Türkiye’deki iktisadi ve siyasi ortamın rekabet ortamına ve piyasalara olan etkisi anlatılmıştır. Türkiye, Cumhuriyetin ilanından 1980’e kadar olan dönemde piyasa ekonomisi koşullarının oluşturulmaya çalışıldığı bir süreçten geçmiştir. Bu süreçte devletçi politikaların yanı sıra kamu sektörünün geri plana çekildiği, girişimci sınıfın ön plana çıkarıldığı, özel sektörün desteklendiği ve baskın olduğu dönemler yaşamıştır. 1980 yılı itibariyle Türkiye Ekonomisi’nin değişen global iktisadi politika anlayışına paralel olarak politika değişikliğine gittiği görülmüştür.

In this paper, which changes shape global economic policy in the period before 1980, the economic and political environment in Turkey, and the impact of competition in the markets is shown. Turkey, the proclamation of the Republic has gone through a process that attempted to establish the conditions of a market economy in the period until 1980. In this process, with statist policies, indeed the public sector was withdrawn, the entrepreneurial class was brought to the fore, the private sector was supported and dominated. As of 1980, Turkey's economy in parallel with the changing global economic policy approach has been shown to change the policy.
