Açıköğretim ve Uzaktan Eğitim Sistemlerine Alternatifli Erişim ve Etkileşim için Sistem Önerisi

Pandemi döneminde açık öğretim ve uzaktan eğitim ile verilmek istenen eğitimler ve öğretimler, birtakım problemlerden dolayı aksamaktadır. Bu problemlerin başında, sunulan içerik ve materyallerdeki etkileşimin ve iletişimin az olması, donanımsal ve yazılımsal alt yapı eksiklikleri, çevrimiçi iletişim araçlarına yabancı olunması, ölçme ve değerlendirmeye yeteri kadar güvenilmemesi gelmektedir. Belirtilen her bir problem üzerine ayrıca çalışılmalı ve gerekli çözümler önerilmelidir. Bu çalışmada, sunulan içerik ve materyallerdeki etkileşimin ve iletişimin artırılması için bir sistem önerilmektedir. Açık öğretim ve uzaktan eğitime kayıtlı öğrencilerinin sayısı yüzbinleri geçmiştir. Bu sebeple eğitmenler, her bir öğrencinin anlamadığı ve kavramadığı konuyu teker teker anlatamaz. Ancak önerilen sistem ile içerik ve materyallere muhatap olan her bir öğrenci, anlamadığı nokta, konu ve bölümü işaretleyerek (vurgulayarak), gerek eğitimci gerek diğer öğrenciler gerekse de hariçteki kişilerin cevaplanmasını bekleyecektir.

During the pandemic period, the training and education desired to be given with open education and distance education are interrupted due to a number of problems. At the beginning of these problems are the lack of interaction and communication in the content and materials presented, hardware and software infrastructure deficiencies, being unfamiliar with online communication tools, and insufficient trust in measurement and evaluation. Each specified problem should be studied separately and necessary solutions should be suggested. In this study, a system is proposed to increase interaction and communication in the content and materials presented. The number of students enrolled in open education and distance education has exceeded hundreds of thousands. For this reason, instructors cannot explain the subject that each student does not understand and comprehend one by one. However, with the proposed system, each student who is exposed to the content and materials will mark (emphasize) the point, topic and part that he does not understand, and wait for the answers of both the educator, other students, and outsiders.
