Vitrifiye Seramik Üretiminde Karşılaşılan Deformasyonlar ve Deformasyon Oluşumuna Neden Olan Faktörler
Vitrifiye seramik, seramik endüstrisinin bir koludur ve seramik sağlık gereçleri üretimini kapsar. Sektörde, ürün kalitesini artırmak ve üretim maliyetini düşürmek, pazarda yer alabilmenin en önemli koşullarıdır. Vitrifiye seramik üretiminde karşılaşılan deformasyonlar fire oranlarını artırarak maliyeti yükseltmektedir. Deformasyonlu ürünler kaliteyi olumsuz etkilemektedir. Vitrifiye seramik üretiminde karşılaşılan deformasyonlar ve deformasyon oluşumuna neden olan faktörler bu araştırmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında, vitrifiye seramik tasarımı ve üretimi konusunda deneyimli şahıslarla görüşülmüş, röportaj yapılmıştır. Vitrifiye seramik üretimi yapan bir fabrika belirlenerek, burada inceleme, araştırma, gözlem ve örnek uygulamalar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Vitrifiye seramik üretiminde karşılaşılan deformasyonlar tespit edilmiş ve deformasyonların oluşum nedenleri ele alınmıştır.

Deformations Encountered in Vitrified Ceramic Production Process and the Factors that Cause Occurrenceo Deformation
Vitrified ceramic is a branch of ceramic industry and it includes production of sanitary ware. In the sector, improving quality of products reducing the production cost are the most important conditions to take part in market. The deformations encountered in the production of vitrified ceramics increase the waste rates and increase the cost. Deformation products are affecting the quality negatively. The deformations encountered in the production of vitrified ceramic and the factors causing deformation are the subjects of this research. In the scope of the study, interviews were held with experienced people about the design and production of vitrified ceramics. A factory that produces vitrified ceramics was determined, and inspection, research, observation and sample applications were carried out in this factory. The deformations encountered in the production of vitrified ceramics have been determined and the causes of deformation have been discussed.
