Çocuğun Cinsel İstismarı ve Olaya İlişkin Mağdurun İfade Alınması Süreci

Cinsel istismar olgusu giderek yaygınlık gösteren ve çocukları hedef alan bir durumdur. Pek çok çocuk savunmasız ve istismar edilmeye açık olarak görüldüğü için istismar olayı ile karşı karşıya kalabilmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı; çocukların cinsel istismar olgusu ile nasıl tanıştığı, aile durumlarının nasıl olduğu, bilişsel kapasitelerinin ne durumda olduğu ve istismarcısı ile nasıl tanıştığının belirlenmesidir. Bu yönü ile ergenlik döneminde bulunan ve sosyal hizmet uzmanı olan araştırmacılar tarafından bizzat ifade alma sürecine bilirkişi olarak katılım sağlanan 12 mağdur ifade tutanağı incelenmiştir ve çeşitli sonuçlar çıkarılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamı Kırıkkale ili Kahramanmaraş illerinde ikamet eden çocuklardan oluşmaktadır. Yapılan araştırma neticesinde cinsel istismar olgusu, herhangi bir sosyal sınıf veya statü ile tanımlanamamak ile birlikte, istismarın bir sır olarak saklanması ve ortaya çıkmaması istismarın yaygınlaşmasına neden olabilmekte veya önlenmesini engelleyebilmektedir. Bu nedenle bilirkişilerin katıldığı çocuğun ifadesinin alınma sürecinde hazırlanan tutanakların değerlendirildiği bu araştırma ile birlikte, çocuğa yönelik cinsel istismar vakaları konusundaki literatüre ve önleyici, koruyucu ve destekleyici müdahaleler ve politikalar geliştirilmesine katkı sağlanması hedeflenmektedir.

Sexual abuse is an increasingly prevalent condition that targets children. Many children are vulnerable and confronted with exploitation because they are clearly seen as being exploited. The purpose of this study; How children meet with the possibility of sexual abuse, how family situations are, how cognitive capacities are, and how they meet with the exploiter. In this respect, twelve victims' statements written during the adolescence period and participated as experts by the researchers who were social workers themselves were examined and various results were obtained. The scope of this study is composed of children living in Kırıkkale province and Kahramanmaras province. As a result of research being carried out, sexual exploitation can not be defined by any social class or status, and it can prevent or prevent the exploitation to spread as a secret and cause the spread of abuse. For this reason, it is aimed to contribute to the development of literature and preventive, protective and supportive interventions and policies on the cases of sexual abuse against the child, in which the minutes prepared in the process of taking the child attended by the experts are evaluated.
