Yaratıcı Turizm Kapsamında Nazar Boncuğu El Sanatının Değerlendirilmesi: Nazarköy Örneği

Dünya hızlı bir değişim süreci içerisindedir. Ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel alanlarda değişim ve dönüşüm yaşanmaktadır. Bu durum insanların beklentilerini ve isteklerini de sürekli değiştirmektedir. Farklı istek ve beklentiler, turizm sektöründe alışılmışın dışında faaliyetlerin ve turizm çeşitlenmesinin ortaya çıkma sebebi olmaktadır. Yaratıcı turizm de merak etme, deneyimleme, gerçekleştirme isteğiyle doğmuş turizm çeşitlerinden oluşmakta ve birçok faaliyete imkân tanımaktadır. Bu faaliyetler arasında kültürü yaşamaya yardımcı, otantiklik taşıyan el sanatları yer almaktadır. El sanatları varlıklarıyla yöresel zenginliği güçlendirmekte ve yaratıcı turistik faaliyetlere çekicilik katmaktadır. Çok çeşitli nazar boncuklarının üretiminin gerçekleştiği Nazarköy’ün, sahip olduğu bu el sanatı ile yaratıcı turizm faaliyetlerine katılmak isteyen turistler için hem görmek hemde deneyimlemek amacıyla önemli bir varış yeri olacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu kapsamda çalışmanın amacı, yaklaşık 60 yıldır boncuk atölyelerinden geçimini sağlayan insanlara ev sahipliği yapan ve ziyaretçi akınına uğrayan bir köy olan Nazarköy’ü daha yakından tanımak ve nazar boncuğu üretimini gerçekleştiren halkın turizme ve turiste bakış açısını ortaya koyabilmektir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda, yerel halkın turizmin gelişimini istediği ve yaratıcı turizme destek verdiği görülmektedir. Yaratıcı turizm ile ekolojik yapının ve kültürel özgünlüklerin bozulmayacağı düşünülmektedir. En çok tanıtım eksikliğinden yakınan halk, yetkililerden destek beklemektedir.

The world is in a rapid changing process. There is a change and transformation in economic, social and cultural fields. This situation constantly changes people's expectations and wishes. Different wishes and expectations are the reason for the unusual activities and diversification of tourism in the tourism sector. Creative tourism is also made up of the kinds of tourism born with the desire to wonder, experience and realize, and it makes many activities possible. Among these activities there are authentic elements such as art works and crafts which help to cultivate culture. Crafts reinforce local richness with its assets and add charm to creative tourist activities. Nazarköy, which has produced a wide variety of evil eye beads, is thought to be an important destination to see and experience for tourists who want to participate in creative tourism activities. In this context, the aim of the study is to be closely acquainted with Nazarköy – which is a village that hosts the bead workshops and people who live off these shops for almost 60 years, and that is flooded by visitors – and to reveal the point of view of local people on tourism and tourists. As a result of this study, it is indicated that native population/residents of Nazarköy would like the development of tourism and they support creative tourism. Also, it is considered that the ecological structure and cultural originality would not be destroyed by creative tourism. The people, who complain mostly about the lack of publicity, have been expecting support of the authorities.
