المستخلص ان توزيع وتخطيط الخدمات في المدن واحدا من اهم اهداف التوسع العمراني لاي مدينة, وذلك لصلته المباشرة بالسكان ومدى القدرة على تلبية احتياجاتهم وتسهيل وصولهم اليها. تواجه مدينة بغداد بعد عام 2003 بحركة عمرانية ,ولكنها في نفس الوقت تعاني من صعوبات ومشكلات ترافق هذه العملية منها سوء التخطيط والادارة ,خصوصا فيما يرتبط بالخدمات ومدى ضرورة توسيع وتنظيم الخدمات لتلبي التوسع العمراني المستمر . وقد جاء البحث الحالي كدراسة ميدانية على عينة من الخبراء ممن لهم علاقة بالدراسة الحالية وذلك لتقييم امكانيات التوسع العمراني في مدينة بغداد ومدى اثرة في كفاءة الخدمات العامة المقدمة الى المدينة من خلال الاستشهاد بذوي الاختصاص وتحليلهم للواقع والمستقبل للمدينة .

Urban expansion in Baghdad and its impact on the efficiency of services provided (a field study)
The distribution and planning of services in cities is one of the most important objectives of urban expansion for any city, due to its direct connection with the population and the extent to which it is able to meet their needs and facilitate their access to it. After 2003, the city of Baghdad is facing an urban movement, but at the same time it suffers from difficulties and problems accompanying this process, including poor planning and management, especially with regard to services and the extent of the need to expand and organize services to meet the continuous urban expansion.
