The role of employing the e-learning platform in the cognitive development of researchers in the field of methods of teaching history

Scientific and technical developments in the field of communication and educational technology have led to the multiplicity and diversity of educational functions and the increase in its powers. Education technology has become at the top of the pyramid in controlling cognitive processes and the transmission and exchange of information and knowledge. The function of education and education emerged, and was distinguished from other jobs. As for the appropriate measure to measure knowledge development resulting from the use of Employing the e-learning platform and its basic components, and how it contributes, in light of recent developments, to building knowledge societies. The research community was identified from four Iraqi universities, which are distinguished by the fact that they include the humanities departments (methods of teaching history), which are, and the sample of graduate students in the two stages (master’s and doctoral studies) was determined in the field of methods of teaching history, so the sample size after extracting it Of the research community (50.25%) is (100). The results of the study showed that Arab societies are still not aware of knowledge societies, and they are in the process of building their information infrastructure, but are still consuming knowledge and have not been able to produce it yet. There are many modern concepts that the Iraqi researcher has not been able to grasp and know, and there are many knowledge services available on the Internet pages that the Iraqi researcher has not been able to possess sufficient information to use and benefit from their services.
