Kentsel Yeşil Alanlar için Sosyal Etki Değerlendirme (SED) Rehberi

Sosyal etki, gerçekleştirilen bir etkinlik sonucu ortaya çıkan değişim” veya “bir eylem, etkinlik ve projenin sonucunda farklı insanlar üzerinde oluşan etkiler” olarak tanımlanabilir. Kentsel yeşil alanlar da kullanıcılarda olumlu veya olumsuz çeşitli değişim ve etkiler meydana getirmektedir. Kentsel yeşil alanlar, fiziksel bir mekan olmanın ötesinde aynı zamanda sosyal bir mekan özelliğine de sahiptir. Bu nedenle kentsel yeşil alanlarda sosyal etki değerlendirmenin temel amacı, olumlu etkilerin planlanarak ve tasarlanarak ortaya çıkmasını sağlamaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, insanların sosyal etkileşim içinde olduğu kentsel yeşil alanlara yönelik sosyal etki değerlendirmenin nasıl yapılması gerektiğini açıklayan bir rehber oluşturmaktır. Öncelikle sosyal psikoloji ve sosyal psikolojinin çalışma alanlarından biri olan sosyal etki kavramı, sosyal etki analizi ve sosyal etki değerlendirme açıklanmış ve kentsel yeşil alanların sosyal etkilerinden bahsedilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda “Kentsel Yeşil Alanlar için Sosyal Etki Değerlendirme Rehberi” hazırlanmıştır.

Social impact can be defined as "the change that occurs as a result of an actual event" or "the effects that occur on different people as a result of an action, an activity and a project". Urban green areas also bring positive and negative changes and effects to the users. Urban green areas, besides being a physical space, also have a social space at the same time. For this reason, the main purpose of social impact assessment in urban green areas is to ensure that positive effects are planned and designed. The aim of this study is to provide a guideline explaining how social impact assessment for urban green areas, where people are socially engaged, needs to be done. First of all, social psychology and the concept of social impact, social impact analysis and social impact assessment, which is one of the fields of social psychology, were explained and social effects of urban green areas were mentioned. In this direction "Social Impact Assessment Guide for Urban Green Areas" was prepared.
