Fen Bilgisi Öğretmen Yetiştirme Programlarının Akreditasyonu İçin Standartlar ve Süreçler

Bu çalışmanın amacı, fen bilgisi öğretmen yetiştirme programlarının akreditasyonu için standartlar geliştirmek ve bu süreçleri gözden geçirmektir. Araştırmada tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Nitel ve nicel veri toplama teknikleri bir arada kullanılmıştır. Nicel veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen 40 maddelik 5’li likert tipi bir ölçek kullanılmış, nitel veri toplama aracı olarak ise doküman analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bu amaçla geliştirilen ölçek 300 kişilik bir örneklem grubuna uygulanmıştır. Alan yazın taraması sonucu ise 1999-2016 yılları arasında ulusal ve uluslararası veri tabanlarında tarama yapılmış ve ulaşılabilen tüm dokümanlar çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Ayrıca söz konusu dokümanlar araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen “Akreditasyon ve Kalite Standartları Sınıflama Formu” kullanılarak betimsel içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, fen bilgisi öğretmen yetiştirme programlarının akreditasyonu için standartlar belirlenmiş ve süreçler tanımlanmıştır.

The aim of this study is to develop standards for the accreditation of science teacher training programs and to review these processes. Survey (screening) method was used in this study. Qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques were used together. As quantitative data collection instrument, the 40 matter with 5 point a Likert-type scale developed by the researchers was used and the document analysis as qualitative data collection technique was used. The scale developed for this purpose was applied to a sample group of 300 people. The results of the literature review, between the years 1999-2016 in national and international database was screened and accessible to all the documents were included in the study. Also "Accreditation and Quality Standards Classification Form" developed by researchers at was subjected to analysis using descriptive content. According to the results, the standards for accreditation of science teacher training programs have been determined and processes have been identified.
