Opinions on the Supervision Process in Educational Institutions

The supervısıon that is going to be done today requires that the monitoring and control of the changing education practices be done easily, it is a model that enables the acquisition of objective data. Also be has a structure in the supervısıon process that can minimize pozitive and negative of the supervısıon and supervisors as much as possible. With this in mind, the problem of this research is to be able to create a multifaceted model that will enable a better supervısıon of education in the field of education by taking the opinions of the new generation teachers as to what and how control should be made. In this research qualitative research method was used in the general screening model. The recovery of scattered data on the research, classification, arrangement and analysis are provided by means of scan models. The data obtained for research were conducted with interviews with the study group of senior students of the education faculty. working group of the research; Gazi, Hacettepe and Middle East technical universities in the province Ankara, the 10 personality formed from last class students of different departments of education faculties It consists of 3 working groups. With the Group Interview technique, multidimensional data on audit practices were obtained from the participants. With this research, to ensure that schools in the community continue their educational activities within the framework of the regulations made in laws and regulations, supervision should be carried out in the spiral of must be inspected supervision strategy, education-training technology, human resource participation. The data obtained from the audit should be evaluated together with the employees who participated in the audit process and the best ones should be rewarded. Thus, it became evident that an ideal audit (high performance audit) could be realized.

Günümüzde yapılacak olan denetimin, değişen eğitim uygulamalarının takip ve denetiminin kolaylıkla yapılmasını, objektif verilerin elde edilmesini sağlayan bir model olmalıdır. Ayrıca denetim sürecinde, denetlenen ve denetleyen kişilerin olumsuz ve yanlı etkilerini mümkün olduğunca en az düzeye indirebilecek bir yapıya sahip olmalıdır. Bu düşünceden hareketle, bu araştırmanın problemi okullarda denetimin neye göre ve nasıl olması gerektiğine ilişkin yeni nesil öğretmenlerin görüşlerini alarak eğitim alanında daha sağlıklı bir denetimin gerçekleştirilmesini sağlayacak çok yönlü bir model oluşturabilmektir. Bu araştırmada genel tarama modelinde nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırılan konuya ilişkin dağınık verilerin toparlanması, sınıflandırılması, düzenlenmesi ve çözümlenmesi tarama modelleri sayesinde sağlanır. Araştırmaya ilişkin elde edilen veriler eğitim fakültesinin son sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşturulan çalışma grubu ile yapılan görüşmelerle elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu; Ankara ilindeki Gazi, Hacettepe ve Orta Doğu teknik üniversitelerinin eğitim fakültelerinin farklı bölümlerdeki son sınıf öğrencilerinden seçilen 10 kişilik 3 çalışma grubundan oluşmaktadır. Grup Görüşme tekniği ile katılımcılardan denetim uygulamalarına ilişkin çok boyutlu veri elde edilmiştir. Bu araştırma ile toplumdaki okulların yasa ve yönetmeliklerde yapılan düzenlemeler çerçevesinde eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerini sürdürmelerini sağlamak, denetim stratejisi, eğitim-öğretim teknolojisi, insan kaynağı katılımı sarmalında, denetim yapılmalı, denetimden elde edilen veriler denetim sürecine katılmış çalışanlarla birlikte değerlendirilmeli ve en iyi olanlar ödüllendirilmelidir. Böylece ideal bir denetim (yüksek performanslı denetim) gerçekleştirilebileceği ortaya çıkmıştır.
